Jon Savage Gallery (“http://jonsavagegallery.com”) advises you to review the following basic rules that govern the use of our site (the “Agreement”). Please note that your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by this Agreement.
SHIPPING – Domestic U.S.
Our current order processing time is 2-3 business days for in-stock products. Certain items (which require special preparation for shipment, or customization) may require a longer processing time. Portrait Commissions will require a longer processing time. Please allow up to 14 business days for your delivery to arrive.
If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment which exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, contact us.
SHIPPING – Canada & International
International items ship in 5 business days excluding foreign customs processing.
International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout. We are not responsible for delayed shipping times due to products being held in customs.
If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment which exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, contact us. If your country is not listed for shipping on the checkout page please contact us.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. All items may be returned or exchanged within 10 business days from the day your order was received. All items must be returned in their original state (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and resalable). To return an item please contact us for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. No refund will be issued.
